Coach GarrenTee

Garren Hendricks is the founder and head coach of iGarrenTee Speed Development, a St. Louis-based performance training brand helping athletes become faster, stronger, and more confident both on and off the track.

A proud graduate of Hazelwood Central High School, Garren still holds school records in the 100m, 200m, and 4×100m—and was part of the 4×200m relay team that set a Missouri state record. He continued his athletic career at Mississippi State University, competing in the SEC and earning national marks in the 100m (10.40) and 200m (20.91).

Now back in his hometown, Garren serves as the Head Coach for both the Boys and Girls Track & Field teams at Hazelwood Central, where he’s building a legacy of speed, discipline, and excellence. Through iGarrenTee Speed Development, he provides world-class training that combines cutting-edge technology (like Vald SmartSpeed Timing Gates) with a holistic coaching philosophy rooted in mindset, mechanics, and mobility.
